Overview
Payload Components is an MIT-licensed registry of typed Payload CMS blocks for Payload v3 and Next.js. Each block installs as reviewable source, so the result of an install is a git diff rather than a package dependency. The registry currently lists 79 blocks plus a handful of shared components.
Blocks can be added through the shadcn CLI, but the companion payload-components CLI goes further: it also wires the block into the Payload collection config, the RenderBlocks map, generated types and the admin import map. The aim is that a block is wired into Payload, not just pasted into the codebase.
Features
- Hero blocks: Basic, split, video, product tilt, aurora and kinetic heroes.
- Feature and content blocks: Feature grids, bento, steps, accordions, content rows, quotes, stats and showcases.
- Integrations and logos: Integration grid, orbit, marquee and cluster layouts, plus several logo cloud variants.
- Conversion sections: Pricing cards and enterprise pricing, comparison tables, calls to action and contact forms.
- Social proof: Testimonial quote, spotlight, grid, rating, bento and wall layouts.
- Blog pieces: Post hero, author card, related posts, newsletter callout and a collection query block.
- Full wiring CLI: Updates collection config, RenderBlocks, types and the admin import map in one command.
