PluginUI

Overview

PluginUI is a component library for audio plugin interfaces, built by Maru for instruments and effects that run on the web or inside native DAWs. It provides knobs, faders, meters, envelope and EQ editors and other controls as source that can be restyled, along with themes and complete interface assemblies to start from.

The registry is large, with roughly 300 items: core controls, headless variants, music and DSP helper libraries, a gallery of styled knob families, and full example interfaces such as Sculpted Console, Graphite Compressor and Obsidian Rack. The visual layer can connect to the Maru framework's parameter and host contracts, or to a custom audio engine.

Features

• Controls: Knobs, faders, toggles, XY pads, range sliders, step grids and transport controls, several with headless versions.
• Metering and scopes: Level and gain reduction meters, oscilloscope, spectrum, goniometer and Lissajous scope.
• Editors: Envelope, EQ and transfer curve editors, an FM algorithm diagram and routing matrix.
• MIDI and music theory: MIDI monitor, CC mapping, computer keyboard input, circle of fifths, chord graph and staff notation.
• Knob styles: Machined, playful, graphic, pearl and saucer knob families with many material finishes.
• Complete interfaces: Synths, compressors, a reverb and consoles assembled from the controls.
• Themes: Style variations such as Sculpted, Spectral, Graphite, Lavender and Obsidian applied across controls.
