Overview

Notes is a single-page note-taking app with three panes: categories and tags in the sidebar, a list of notes in the middle and an editor on the right that updates live.

Notes can be pinned, favorited, duplicated and deleted, filtered by category, tag, favorites or pinned, and searched across title, content and tags. It's intentionally minimal, and ships in Radix UI and Base UI versions.

Notes is one of 20 templates in the Shadcn Admin Dashboard Kit, sold as a single $129 download. It's built with Next.js 16, React 19, Tailwind CSS v4 and shadcn/ui, and runs on mock data you can replace with a real API.

Because it uses the standard shadcn/ui theme variables, it can be restyled with any theme from Shadcn Themes.
