Overview
Vadivam (Tamil for "shape") is a free, open-source, MIT-licensed set of 1,903 pixel-perfect outline icons by Praveen Juge, drawn on a 24px grid with a 2px stroke. It is built for designers and developers who want a consistent outline style across interfaces.
The icons ship as packages for React, React Native, Vue, Svelte, Solid, Preact, Astro and Angular, plus plain SVG/JS, Figma, Iconify and an MCP server. The shadcn registry exposes every icon (1,904 entries including the shared base component), so individual icons can be copied into a project as React components with shared size, color and stroke props.
Features
- 1,903 icons: Organized into 40+ categories such as arrows, coding and development, text formatting, devices and gaming.
- Consistent grid: Every icon uses a 24px grid and 2px stroke, with absolute stroke width as an option.
- Shared props: Size, color (defaulting to currentColor) and stroke width are configurable on each component.
- Many frameworks: Packages for React (
vadivam-react), React Native, Vue, Svelte, Solid, Preact, Astro and Angular. - Copy formats: SVG, JSX, data URI, Base64, CSS mask, Tailwind class, CDN URL, sprite, icon font, Iconify name and PNG at 1x to 4x.
- Searchable browser: Keyboard navigation, category and tag filters, and a live size and stroke preview.
