Dominik UI

Overview

dominik-ui is the personal component registry of Dominik Koch, described as opinionated components for building modern AI apps. Every component is shadcn-compatible and distributed as plain TypeScript and Tailwind files built on Base UI primitives and Motion, so they install straight into a codebase with no runtime dependency.

The registry currently holds four components. They require React 19 or later, Tailwind CSS v4 and a project initialized with the shadcn CLI, plus a @dominik-ui entry in components.json.

Features

• Expandable tabs: Animated icon tabs with a sliding active pill and an expanding label, built on the shadcn tooltip.
• Command tabs: A copyable command block with attached agent tabs and a sliding active pill, placed above or below the command.
• Permission selector: A segmented permission control with an animated sliding pill for read and write levels and deny, neutral and allow toggles.
• Braille loader: An animated braille loading indicator with four variants.
