Overview
NativeUI is an open-source collection of accessible React Native components that are copied into a project rather than installed as an npm package, distributed through the shadcn registry and compatible with Expo. The project is inspired by shadcn/ui and applies its design principles and registry workflow to mobile development on iOS and Android.
Components are styled with Tailwind CSS class names and built on React Native primitives such as Pressable and View, with variants defined through class-variance-authority. The maintainers state they have no plans to publish an npm package, since keeping the code in the app separates design from implementation. The documentation site is built with Next.js 15.
