OrganUI

Overview

OrganUI is an open-source component library for healthcare and life sciences interfaces. It offers 72 components covering 3D anatomy, clinical charts, molecules and medical images, all installed as source through the shadcn CLI. The registry also includes dashboard blocks, chart blocks and clinical utility libraries for units, reference ranges and z-scores.

The centerpiece is a shared 3D organ viewer with 42 organs, including the heart, brain, lungs, kidneys, liver and eye, which can be rotated, selected and hidden. Demo data on the site is illustrative, and the components carry notes that they are not for diagnostic use. The code is MIT licensed; each 3D model keeps its own license.

• ECG trace: A live trace with lead, paper speed and gain settings.
• Body map: Front and back views with keyboard navigation between selectable regions.
• Lab results: A results table with reference ranges, flags for high, low and critical values, and trends.
• Medication schedule: A daily timeline that surfaces interaction warnings from the data it receives.
• Growth charts: Weight, height and head charts based on the WHO Child Growth Standards.
• Clinical charts and blocks: Area, bar and line charts for admissions, glucose and blood pressure, plus explorer and dashboard blocks.
