editorcn

Overview

editorcn is a free, MIT-licensed set of rich text editor components for React from Shadcn Labs, built on Tiptap. Editors adapt automatically to your shadcn/ui theme tokens and are assembled from declarative, composable components, with full access to the Tiptap extension ecosystem.

The registry includes a standard editor, a Notion-style block editor with slash commands, drag handles and a bubble menu, a static renderer, a simple document editor, tables, image placeholders and a comment box. The toolbar has 20+ controls covering bold, italic, headings, lists, links, alignment and embeds, and icons, labels and colors can be overridden through props, with ready-made icon sets for Phosphor, Tabler, Hugeicons and Remix Icon.
