Overview
SureUI is an open-source, MIT-licensed set of confirmation components for shadcn/ui. It covers the different ways an interface can make sure a user meant an action: undo, hold to confirm, click twice, type to confirm, confirmation dialogs and AI tool approval. The components are built on Base UI and reuse the shadcn components already in a project.
The registry has 21 items: 10 components and 10 blocks plus a shared lib. The blocks are small working parts of real apps, such as a danger zone, API key management, delete account, team members, file manager, inbox, bulk actions and cancel subscription. The docs include a "Which one?" guide for choosing the right confirmation pattern.
Features
- Confirm Button: Press and hold, or activate twice, before the action runs.
- Type to Confirm: Enables a destructive button only after the user types a name such as a repository.
- Undo toast and Undoable: Actions run right away and show Undo for a few seconds, built with Sonner.
- Dialog and popover confirmations: Confirm dialog, confirm popover and a confirm menu item for menus.
- Tool approval: An AI agent asks before running a risky tool call, with a hold-to-approve control.
- Unsaved changes and consequences: Components that warn about pending edits and spell out what an action will do.
- Blocks: Ten app sections including agent approval, settings save bar and danger zone.
